Squib valve

Application Scenario: The rupture valve plays a key role in the CAP series of pressurised water reactor nuclear power plants and is used in the four-stage automatic depressurisation, low pressure injection and containment recirculation systems. In regular operation, it remains closed; in an emergency, the pyrotechnic actuator will quickly activate to open the valve to ensure system depressurisation and core cooling.
