Pilot Operated Safety Valve for Pressure Regulators

Pageviews: Author: 系统管理员 2024-05-29

Application Scenario: Pressure regulator pilot operated safety valves, as the overpressure protection tool for the coolant system of pressurised water reactor nuclear power plants, are set up three times per unit in Hualong-1 and other nuclear power plants. When the pressure rises to the set value, the valve opens automatically to discharge steam to relieve pressure and protect pipeline equipment; when the pressure decreases, the valve closes automatically to ensure stable operation of the system.

Design pressure: 17.23MPa

Design Temperature: 360°C

Nominal diameter: inlet DN100, outlet DN150

Product features:

(1) Pressure boundary sealing - as the last safety pressure relief device of the reactor one circuit system, the pilot operated safety valve always maintains a good sealing state before reaching the opening pressure or after the valve jumps and recloses, and still maintains good sealing performance under conditions such as earthquake to prevent the discharge of one circuit medium.

(2) the diversity of the discharge medium - the traditional safety valves only need to discharge for a single medium, but in order to ensure the safety of the reactor one circuit system, the regulator pilot operated safety valves are able to discharge steam, air or gas, liquid and other media.

(3) the complexity of the operational requirements - pilot operated safety valves do not rely on any external media to achieve action, drive sensing mechanism, response time, the main valve lift, calibration pressure and accuracy, opening and closing differential pressure and other stringent requirements.
